The property itself consists of a rectangular shaped lot, that totals about 30 feet of frontage on Waters Drive, about 93 feet of depth on the left side, approximately 35 feet along the rear property line, and 80 feet along the right side and contains approximately 2,800 square feet. There are utilities including water and power on the road in front of the lot location, and there are many cabins in the area including some on the same side of the street. The topography of the lot is downsloping off the road and the lot has a nice clearing area, although there are a few Pine Trees on the property.
