The land buying process:

-At the end of the land auction the successful bidder will be sent a paypal invoice for the closing costs in the amount of 225.00 dollars. This payment will be used to prepare the contract, deed and later will also cover the cost of recording the deed.
-Once the paypal invoice is paid, the high bidder will receive a form via email through ebay. This form will need to be completed and returned via a private email address which will be provided on the form. This form will contain needed information for the contract and deed. (Full legal name or names, addresses, etc.)
-A contract will be emailed to the buy by a third party company for electronic signature. A invoice for the total cost of the property will be sent to the buyer. Unless payment arguments have been made in writing agreed to by both parties.
-Once the signed contract is received by the seller and the payment is verified the deed will be recorded on behalf of the buyer. The deed most often will be posted online in a few days and the recorded copy will be mailed by the county to the buyer.
