The property has a low area along the front portion of the property that lets water drain away easily. When constructing your driveway, a culvert and a couple loads of gravel may be needed to prevent rain water from draining over your driveway.
Restrictions: International Building Code 2000 guidelines are used. No trailers or temporary dwellings allowed in the majority of Horseshoe Bend including this subdivision.
Terms: You are bidding on the down payment. This property is being offered for $5000, which is $1000 less than its market value. Down payment must be sent within 24 hours. After down payment is received, a contract of sale will be sent for signature and notary. The winner will then make up to 10 equal monthly payments for the balance.
